Noëlla's paintings are the consolidation of a broader project of texts, poems, diaries, collages over a time of many years.
Noëlla creates from a need to find a way to bring out the inner world beyond reason and ideas in a way that this world can be shown without contradiction or judgement.
This is her only motivation and gives her work the power to touch people and give them the opportunity to connect with, a sometimes deeply buried desire, to experience the real self.
The paintings are uncomplicated and therefore disarming.
This is the result of a thorough self-analysis and the desire to bring out the core in the most holistic way and not to become entangled in desires or imposed limitations.
